Pricing rules & source notes View
Current testing basis: written v2.2 pricing engine, with the later $180 starting minimum and 1,000–2,000 sq. ft. discount exception.
- Service targets
- Recurring $80, Deep $75, Move $80 per labor hour.
- Recurring production
- Weekly 600, biweekly 550, monthly 500 sq. ft. per labor hour.
- Frequency savings
- 20% weekly, 15% biweekly, 10% monthly. No discount for sizes 1,000 through 2,000 sq. ft.
- Minimum order
- Apply savings to the base, then the $180 base minimum. Add extra bathrooms and extras afterward.
- Deep production
- Light 250, normal 225, heavy 175 sq. ft. per labor hour.
- Move production
- Light 200, normal 175, moderate 150. Heavy work needs a custom labor estimate.
- Extra bathrooms
- Above 2.0 equivalents: Standard $30 full / $15 half; Deep $40 / $20; Move $45 / $25. No frequency discount on these charges.
- Labor floor
- Estimated service revenue ÷ all cleaning labor hours must reach $55. A failed check calls for review; it does not silently raise the estimate.
- Rounding
- Keep full precision for labor and price calculations. Round the final estimate to the nearest whole dollar; .50 rounds up.
- Travel, tax & offers
- No travel fee. This test estimate is before sales tax and promotional credits.
SoPURE Offer & Pricing Architecture Internal Playbook v2.2, September 17, 2026; SoPURE_BK matrix, September 28, 2026; extras checklist, September 30, 2026; later session decisions on the $180 starting minimum and discount exception.
The older matrix lists $160 weekly / $170 biweekly / $180 monthly minimums and discounts at 2,000 sq. ft. This test version uses the later $180 rule and size exception. Service targets follow the written playbook; the $55–$60 notes are not used as replacement service targets.
